Origin

(Central Europe, South Africa, North Africa, etc.)

There are several origins of goods available (Central Europe, South Africa, North Africa, etc.) and prices vary among them according to origin and monthly volume. Buyer can choose his preferred origin and goods can be delivered CIF Any Safe World Port any where in the world.

Currently the Sellers have over 20 Million MT of HMS 1&2 (ISRI 200-206) and Rail Scrap (R50-R65). The rails can be cut to the length the Buyer wants. The Seller only has to know that in advance.

1. Minimum Contract is 1 year or one Delivery Spot Contract.
2. Minimum monthly delivery is 30.000 MT x 12 months or one Spot 30,000 MT delivery.
3. There are no trial or initial shipments.
4. Shipment is in bulk. There are no Container deliveries.
5. Product is loaded in barges, with a capacity of 30,000 MT each, pulled by tugs.
6. Delivery is on CIF terms only to Any Safe World Port anywhere in the world.
7. Letter of Credit should be non-transferable, revolving, confirmed, irrevocable payable 100% at sight of clean Ocean Bill of Lading.
8. No transferred LC, no back-to-back LC, no one fresh LC per shipment.
9. Transferable LC is allowed but only on Deposit Contracts.
10. First shipment is within 45 days from date of issuance of the operative LC. However, typically the product can be shipped within 5 days after LC is cleared.
11. The Seller has all the necessary certificates to be able to deliver goods to China including AQSIQ.
12. Indian or Bangladesh Banks are accepted. Indian and Bangladeshi Buyers should be with European order only, American Bank and only Deposit Contracts.
13. The LOI should be prepared using the SELLER form and be done on Buyer�s letterhead and not older than five days and be submitted together with a signed BCL.
14. The Buyer should see the Seller�s Contract, read it all carefully and accept all the terms and conditions, as the Seller allows no amendments to them.
